Option 1: One-Night Rental

Monday - Thursday @ $1,500 TTD per night (except Public Holidays)

Option 2: Weekend Rental

Friday 9am - Sunday 5pm @ $ 3,600 TTD.

Option 3: Day Pass - 10 guests (Additional persons @$100 each)

7am - 6pm @$1,500 TTD

MANDATORY SECURITY FEE: + $800 TTD (refundable)

In order to secure a booking, a minimum deposit of one night's stay is to be paid fourteen (14) days in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of that reservation.

• No smoking indoors

• No littering on the estate

• Water and electricity must be conserved

• No picking of fruit on the estate
