About Kobani Kawana Experience
Kobani Kawana is First People's Language for Turtle Estate. The estate and eco cottage are located in the heart of Matura Village, known for clear water streams, untouched rainforest and renowned as a nesting site for the globally endangered Leatherback Turtle (Dermochelys coriacea).
It is the culmination of the Estate Owner’s dream to have a location in which to share his love of nature with others. The Kobani Kawana Experience is an eco-friendly estate that offers visitors privacy, outdoor activities, and personalised service to help you recharge mind and body as you reconnect with nature.
